This is a Seiki-Kogaku Tokyo (currently Canon) camera, the Canon SII model. Manufactured between October 1946 and June 1949. It bears the inscription SEIKI-KOGAKU TOKYO.Additionally, in September 1947, the company changed its name to Canon Camera Co., Ltd., so there are also SII models with the engraving CANON CAMERA COMPANY LTD.
