Nikkor HC 5cm f2 LTM manufactured by Nippon Kogaku. Tokyo engrave. Prefix 5008 rigid lens produced only 1000pcs including Nikon S mount and Leica screw mount. LTM one is said to be much fewer than Nikon S type. It seems to be the 14th lens produced (serial number starts from 50080101) according to Rotoloni's book, The Complete Nikon Rangefinder System.
