Leotax-branded. A lens hood for the Simlar 5cm f3.5. It is the type that is secured with a retaining screw. The size is A36. It is also compatible with lenses such as the Elmar.
The chrome plating has a slightly shiny finish, and it is well-built.

There are minor signs of wear from use, as well as some paint loss on the matte black coating inside.
It has been tested and confirmed to fit lenses with an A36 thread.
