The beautiful chrome finish and the finely crafted parts are exactly what you would expect from Tokyo Kogaku. It is not a lens with any strikingly unique characteristics, but as an Elmar copy, its workmanship surpasses that of similar products made by other manufacturers.

This lens came to us from a Japanese collector. It shows very little signs of use and still retains the feel of a near-new example from its era. The included caps are not original, but the set is suitable for a collection.
Fully overhauled in November 2025. The operation of the aperture and helicoid is remarkably smooth for a collapsible Topcor. Rangefinder coupling is perfectly aligned.
The front element shows a faint cleaning mark and a trace of coating wear that becomes visible only under a strong LED light, but these have virtually no impact on actual photography.
