※About rarity

Hektor 125mm f2.5. A large-aperture telephoto lens for the Visoflex. Leitz product code HIKOO, later changed to 11032. Serial number in the 1,050,000 range, made in Germany in 1953. Feet scale. 3 groups, 4 elements. The minimum focusing distance is 1.2m, and the filter size is 58mm.

Alongside the Elmar 65mm, this is one of the iconic lenses for the Visoflex. Despite having coated glass, beautiful flare appears in highlights, and it offers soft rendering that enhances artistic expression. Additionally, the lens's beautiful finish, as well as the superb design and craftsmanship of the hood and front/rear caps, are impressive.

An OUBIO adapter is included. It is compatible with the bayonet mounts of the Visoflex II and III. By using a Visoflex to Leica M adapter, you can enjoy live view shooting on digital M Leica cameras, as well as on mirrorless cameras like the Leica SL series.

The exterior shows light wear from the attachment and detachment of the hood and general use, but it remains in very clean condition. There are no noticeable scratches or dents.

It underwent a full overhaul in 2020. The aperture operates smoothly with good resistance, and the helical focus is finely tuned for a silky operation, allowing precise control with the fingertips. For a manual-focus 125mm f2.5 telephoto lens, good operational condition is essential.

There is slight coating wear on the rear element, and a very faint haze remains that could not be fully removed during servicing. However, this will likely have no impact on image quality. Sample images have been posted in our trial gallery. We hope you will take a look.
