Canon New F-1. Released in 1981, ten years after the original Canon F-1 was introduced in 1971. While diversifying metering options and enhancing automated features, this model retains the basic operations of the original F-1, allowing for use without any sense of unfamiliarity.
This unit is in like-new unused condition, but its standout feature is the unique, eye-catching serial number: 110000. It’s rare to come across a body with four consecutive zeros in the serial, making this a truly double-take-worthy piece!
This particular unit is an early model of the New F-1, with green sensitivity dial numbers and green shutter speeds displayed in the viewfinder. *later models feature silver sensitivity dial numbers and white shutter speeds in the viewfinder.
This item was part of a collector’s inventory and remains unused. The mount and base are unmarked, in pristine condition. Shutter and light meter have been tested and confirmed to be fully operational.
Comes with the manual, original price tag, Canon Club membership application, lens guidebook, and accessory guide, among others.
The special serial number makes it an exceptional addition to any collection!
