Holland, Old Delft Algra 135mm f3.2. Designed for Alpa. This is an early model with a standard aperture, while later models feature a preset mechanism.
A total of 1,283 units were produced between 1954 and 1959, with the early type accounting for approximately 579 of those.
The lens construction consists of 3 groups and 5 elements. The minimum aperture is f32. It is compatible with filter size B, the same size as that used for Macro-Switar lenses. The helicoid is EXTENSAN. Made of aluminum, this lens weighs 274g, making it a lightweight and compact telephoto option.
The lens body shows minor signs of use but is still quite clean.
A full overhaul was completed in October 2024, including the EXTENSAN. The aperture and helicoid operation have been finely tuned for smoothness. The helicoid's infinity indicator slightly overshoots the base indicator, but this condition is the correct position for this unit (it cannot be adjusted).
There are minor cleaning marks on the glass, but they are unlikely to affect image quality.
