VOOLA, later designated as 16621. Designed for use with the Elmar 50mm f3.5 lens. This handy ring allows for aperture adjustment while the FISON hood is attached, a practical accessory introduced in 1955 for Elmar users.

To use VOOLA with the FISON hood, it is inserted into the FISON hood, attached to the Elmar so that the aperture lever fits between VOOLA's tabs, and the FISON's screw is loosened and rotated for operation.

There are very minor scratches due to use, but overall, it has a clean appearance with minimal signs of use. No distortion or other issues observed.
