The Leica IIIg, the last model of the Barnack Leica series, has a taller body compared to previous models like the IIIf, making SOOKY and NOOKY unusable. This ADVOO attachment is a luxurious tool created solely for the IIIg, showcasing the opulence typical of Leitz. Manufactured during the golden age of post-war Leitz, its craftsmanship and finish are simply remarkable.
It can be attached to L-mount collapsible lenses like the Summicron 50mm f2 or Elmar 50mm f2.8 with an E39 filter thread. Once attached, close-up shooting from 50 to 90 cm becomes possible, with rangefinder coupling and parallax correction. The shooting magnification ranges from 1:15 to 1:8. Additionally, by attaching the SOOGZ adapter, lenses like the Elmar 50mm f3.5 with an A36 filter thread can also be used. *Please note that fixed-mount lenses may interfere with the ADVOO and cannot be attached.

There are very faint marks of attachment and detachment on the underside of the accessory shoe, but both the other viewfinder attachments and the close-up lens side show no signs of use and are in excellent condition. The glass is also very clean, with no visible cleaning marks or scratches.
The original box is also quite clean. Perfect for your collection!
