Visoflex III. Following the I model for screw mount and the early II model for M-mount, it was introduced in 1963. Leica's product code is 16498. It includes a pentaprism and mirror housing set.
Improved from the II model, it allows switching of mirror speeds by setting a dial at the original shutter lever position, enabling a wider range of photography enjoyment.
Exclusively for M-mount Leica cameras, it is an accessory that allows rangefinder body enthusiasts to enjoy the feel of a single-lens reflex camera. Besides practical benefits, it can also be mounted on digital Leica cameras. Please note that it is not compatible with the Leica CL.
There are abrasions from mounting and dismounting on the lens mount surface. Otherwise, it shows little signs of use and has a clean appearance.
There is very slight dust inside the prism, but visibility remains good.
In recent years, with the proliferation of various adapters, Visoflex lenses have become increasingly popular for digital photography. However, please enjoy using them again for film photography!
