Leitz viewfinder. Looks like VIOOH but different item. Knurled ring does not move. No indication of focal length. Focal length shown in viewfinder by frame lines.
This item does not seem to be modified. And it is similar to the special ones supplied to army. Very good for 135mm users.
Slight used marks. Paint peels found.
Elements cleaned in 2022. Balsam separation in center part of viewfinder. Rare item???
