In German, it's called Panoramakopf and in English, it's known as the Panorama Head. This is a panorama head designed for Rolleiflex and Rolleicord cameras.
On the tripod side, it features a large screw, while on the camera side, there is a small screw with a large screw adapter, allowing it to accommodate both small and large screw cameras. The plating on each part is chrome-plated.
The head section, which rotates in 10 increments for a full 360-degree turn, along with the overall rigidity of the parts, the beautiful paintwork, and the quality of the plating, all showcase the classic craftsmanship that Rolleiflex is known for. It also includes a built-in spirit level.

The tripod mount surface shows only very light wear, but otherwise, the item is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. The click feeling on the rotating dial is also in good condition. The liquid in the spirit level is fully intact.
