This is a close-up attachment for Leica M-mount cameras, with product codes SOOKY-M, SOMKY, and later 16507.

When attached to a collapsed Summicron 50mm f2 or Elmar 50mm f2.8, it allows close-up shooting from approximately 1 meter to 0.5 meters. For a fixed lens like the Summicron, you need to remove the lens head and use the included UOORF/16508 adapter.

Originally released for the Leica M3, this accessory is also compatible with current digital Leica M models. Although mounting and dismounting the lens may take a little extra effort, it's a great advantage that it can be used on bodies where the DR Summicron cannot be used.

To attach the lens or UOORF/16508 adapter, firmly press it in while rotating clockwise to secure it. This accessory is perfect for those who want to get a little closer to their subjects.

There are only faint scratches visible, but no noticeable damage or dents, and the appearance remains clean and tidy. The glass is free from wiping marks or fogging, and it is perfectly clear.

This unit has been tested with actual shooting using our store's test equipment. The focus is spot on.
