Leitz-made UV filter. A Slip-on type for A36 lenses. The Leitz product code is FIOLA. The filter frame is black-painted, with a chrome retaining screw. It suits both nickel and chrome lenses.
As a UV filter designed for monochrome photography in the past, it has a faint yellow tint. The original box is engraved with 2.8 - 3.5 - 5 - 9 - 13.5cm.
It fits a wide range of lenses, including the Elmar 35mm, 50mm, and 90mm.

The engraving is upside down. Perhaps it was accidentally assembled and shipped that way. lol. Perfect for black-and-white photography.

The black paint on the filter frame and the glass are both in excellent condition.
The surface of the original box has become slightly sun-faded, giving it a pinkish hue, but it has a nice, vintage feel.
