Genuine Yellow Filter for Hektor 73mm f1.9. Leitz Product Code FIREG. 39mm Screw-in Type. Black Rim.

Manufactured around 1933. Yellow filters come in four levels of density, and this one is marked No.1, indicating the second-lightest yellow.

While slip-on filters are common for the Hektor 73mm, screw-in types are rare. This filter is also compatible with other E39 mount lenses. It has been confirmed to fit the Hektor 73mm, and it can be used with the dedicated Hektor 73mm lens hood.

A rare item.

The black-painted filter rim and glass show no signs of use and are in excellent condition. The included original box is for the slip-on yellow filter FIPPA.
