Like other Leica hoods, the IROOA comes in various versions. This one is an early model with a shorter hood height and features engravings for six compatible lenses. It is one of the most popular IROOAs.
It is compatible with lenses such as the Summicron 35mm f2 with 8 elements, Summaron 35mm, Summicron 50mm f2, and Elmar 50mm f2.8.

There are a few very minor scratches on the plated areas, but overall, it is in excellent condition. The semi-gloss paint is beautiful, and the matte finish on the inside of the hood is intact with no signs of peeling or usage.
This is a rare, top-condition IROOA that's becoming increasingly hard to find. It has been checked for compatibility with lenses and comes with its original box.
