SOOMP. Genuine hood for the Summar 50mm f2. 36mm slip-on type. The retaining screw (stopper) is chrome-plated. It cannot be used with the earliest Summar due to its rotating helicoid.

The trapezoidal, widely opened front end provides a sense of security as a hood.

There is some minor paint loss at the front edge of the hood. Other than that, there are only very light scuffs, with no dents or deformations. The interior paint remains intact.

Perfect for a nice Summar.
