Leitz Lens Hood, ITDOO. A classic hood for use with Summicron 50mm and Summaron 35mm lenses. Single hook design. Compared to its successor model IROOA, it features a sleeker design, presenting a stylish hood. Its minimalist construction is a remarkable piece. While ITDOO comes in several variations, this product is the typical type with lens branding engraved. Initially, there were a few made of Bakelite, but they disappeared quickly, perhaps due to their propensity to easily break. The interior of the hood has some slight signs of use on the matte paint, but the exterior is very clean with minimal signs of use. It's in quite a good condition, almost as if it still has the freshness of being brand new. Confirmed to fit lenses with a diameter of E39. While it carries an aged feel from usage, the original box is included. Suitable for collectors as well.
