Leitz 12585H lens hood. This is the genuine hood from the second generation of Summicron 35mm and 50mm lenses, fitting most E39 diameter lenses. It succeeded the IROOA hood.
It's a classic hood that can be used with lenses like the Summicron 35mm f2, 50mm f2, and others, including Summaron and Elmar lenses. This specific hood is a later type marked for the 35/2 lens.

There are slight paint chips and minor scratches at the rear ends of the hood and base, but overall, it remains black and quite clean. It's in a good condition suitable for shooting without hesitation. Confirmed to fit E39 lenses.
