Leica DII
LYCAN. Manufactured in 1934. Leica II or model D. Black paint and nickel plate. The first camera with built-in rangefinder. Epoch making model. Compared to Leica III, the functions are less. Without slow shutter, lugs, or diopter.
Wind and rewind knobs, shutter dial are plated in satin nickel. And shape of shutter dial with projection, different from common shutter dial.
Around 90 years has passed since its production. Carefully used for a long time. Paint peels and scratches found yet still keeps good condition and smooth surface of black paint.
Serviced in Dec 2012. Excellent working condition. Clear viewfinder.
