Limited to 70 units, the Leica product code is 11813. The base model is the Leica T (Typ701), with the same functions and performance as the standard model.
The design of the Leica T was handled by Audi. The body, milled from an aluminum block and polished by craftsmen, is a beautiful Leica creation. It features an APS-C size sensor, a touch panel, the Leica T mount (now known as the Leica L mount), and a pop-up flash. It meets all essential functions while maintaining a minimalistic and elegant design. A wide range of Leica lenses can be used with an adapter, making it compatible with Leica TL/SL mounts.
By the way, Chalie Vice is a fictional character, derived from the phrase 'Chalai Vice President,' meaning `flashy vice president.' It's highly recommended for those who think, 'Oh, that sounds like me.'
This unit, purchased by the previous owner at an authorized store, is unused. To check its operation, we charged the battery and powered it on for the first time at our store.
There are two very faint scratches near the tripod mount on the bottom, likely from the manufacturing process, but they are barely noticeable. All functions are working normally. As it does not come with a manufacturer’s warranty, we can only cover initial defects.
As a slim, mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses, it will be useful as a secondary camera or travel companion. Attaching a small 35mm lens will give you a practical focal length equivalent to just over 50mm in full-frame terms. It’s an affordable and enjoyable camera.
