The Summilux-R 50mm f1.4, 3-cam version. Leitz product code 11875. Manufactured in 1971. Early type with a separate hood, designed in Germany. Introduced in 1969 for the Leicaflex SL. It is a Gauss-type lens with 7elements in6 groups. Minimum focusing distance is 0.5m. The barrel shows very minor signs of use, but overall, it maintains a clean appearance. Fully serviced in March 2024. Helicoid movement is smooth, and aperture ring is also in good condition without chatter commonly found in R lenses. Some slight deteriolation on coating , visible only under strong light, but they won't affect actual photography. The glass remains clear and clear. Very good working condition. Comes with 12508 hood, Series 7 filter, and genuine caps.
