Nikon S3 Limited Edition Black
This model was released in 2002 as a black version following the sudden revival of the Nikon S3 Chrome in 2000. Limited to 2,000 units.The original retail price was 530,000 yen plus tax. This particular item is in near-unused condition. A perfect addition to any collection!
There is a tiny scratch on the winding lever, but otherwise, the camera shows no signs of use and is in excellent condition.
In April 2025, the viewfinder was cleaned, the helicoid grease was replaced, and all parts were checked. The camera operates smoothly. Although I had thought it was a recent reissue model, it has already been over 20 years since its release, and good-condition examples are becoming rarer.
The complete set includes the hood, cap, manual, warranty card, leather case, and outer box. The outer box shows some minor dents and scratches.
