Carl Zeiss. Post-war Tessar 50mm f3.5, rigid barrel is a little rare. For Contax Rangefinder cameras. From the same generation with IIa/IIIa. Slight scuffs are seen on filter frame, yet the other parts are very clean. Also the glass is clean and clear.
