The only dedicated finder for the Hektor 73mm lens, released around 1935. The parallax markings are in meters. It features a chrome finish and a foldable design, making it extremely compact. As expected from a Leitz product, it exudes precision and is a small yet robust piece of craftsmanship. Production numbers were low, making this finder quite rare, and this particular one is in near-mint condition.
The chrome plating is in excellent condition with hardly any signs of use, making it a very beautiful piece. There are almost no marks on the mount from being attached. It has likely been carefully preserved by a collector for many years. The glass is free of cleaning marks and is in excellent condition. The Albada framing system is intact with no chips, and the view is exceptionally clear. It's remarkable that it has been preserved in such condition! The original box is also in good condition. Perfect for any collection.
