Made by Bausch Lomb, well known as a contact lens maker. This is a pre-war lens and the barrel looks similar to Hektor.
Closest focus distance is 4 feet/1.2m, Non-coated. Coupled rangefinder.
17 aperture blades make beautiful Bokeh and soft image.
