A classic Leica moderate wide-angle lens whose lineage stretches back to the first Summicron 35mm introduced in 1958, commonly known as the 8-element version. Its compact size is an excellent match for the slim body of an M Leica, while its superb handling really comes into its own when framing and focusing through a rangefinder.

There are almost no signs of use, and it is in beautiful, like-new condition.

All functions work properly. Both the aperture ring and helicoid operate smoothly, and the rangefinder coupling is accurate. The results of our test shooting were also excellent.

Comes with the hood, front and rear caps, instruction manual, inspection certificate, soft case, and original box. The front ring used when the screw-in hood is not attached is missing.

A very attractive option for anyone considering buying one new.
