A Leica digital camera, the Leica M11 Black Paint. Product code 20202. Official Japanese-market model.
The digital evolution of the Leica M system, which has continued uninterrupted since the introduction of the Leica M3 in 1954.
While retaining the traditional optical rangefinder, the M11 features a 60-megapixel full-frame BSI CMOS sensor, Leica Maestro III image processor, a lightweight aluminum top cover, an electronic shutter with a maximum speed of 1/16000 sec., 64GB of internal memory, and a battery capacity increased by 64% compared with the M10, among many other improvements.
A thoroughly refined and natural evolution of the Leica M.
There are almost no signs of use, making this a truly like-new example. The previous owner purchased it new and reportedly took fewer than 1,000 shots with it. Another reassuring point is that the manufacturer warranty remains valid until April 2027.
The current M11-P is certainly attractive, but at the price of this M11, you could also buy two excellent Leica lenses: a clean six-element Summicron 35mm f2 and a Summilux 50mm f1.4 2nd version.
A relatively affordable way to enjoy the Leica M series, which has become increasingly expensive. Trade-ins of your lenses and cameras are also very welcome!
All functions are working properly. Most importantly, the sensor is very clean with no visible dirt or scratches. The results of our test shots were also excellent, showing the rich color rendition characteristic of the M11.
The accessories are also nicely complete. Another welcome point is that it comes with the battery charger, which is now sold separately with the current model.
