Macro lens for Hasselblad cameras. Makro-Planar CF 120mm f4 with T* coating. Serial number in the 6.89 million range, made in 1985. Distance scale marked in both meters and feet. B60 bayonet filter mount. Minimum focusing distance is 80cm. Maximum reproduction ratio is 1:4.5, or 0.22x.
Introduced in 1982 as the successor to the S-Planar C 120mm f5.6. While retaining the optical design of its predecessor, improvements to the shutter and internal construction allowed the maximum aperture to be increased by one stop to f4. It is said that approximately 25,000 examples of the CF model were produced.

There is only minor black paint loss around the front bayonet mount and along the edge of the helicoid ring, and the overall exterior condition is quite clean. Deterioration of the baffle at the rear of the lens is minimal.
In August 2026, the lens was cleaned and each part was inspected by a specialist repairer. All functions are normal. The inner elements show extremely slight coating deterioration that could not be completely removed during normal servicing, but it is only visible when viewed under a strong LED light and should have virtually no effect on actual photography.
