The Leica M-P Typ 240 is the third generation of the digital Leica M series. Its Leica product code is 10772. Finished in silver chrome, it pairs beautifully with classic silver-barrel lenses such as the rigid Summicron, Red Scale Summaron, and Steel Rim Summilux.

Based on the Typ 240, the M-P follows the tradition of Leica models bearing the P designation, with refinements both inside and out. Enhancements include the omission of the red Leica badge from the front, sapphire glass for the rear LCD screen, a frame selector lever, and an increased buffer capacity from 1GB to 2GB.

Among digital M cameras, the M-P is particularly noted for its neutral color rendition. Its robust body and stable performance have also earned the strong trust of our staff.

Relatively affordable among digital Leica cameras, the M-P offers excellent features such as Live View and a high-capacity battery. Combined with its cool, understated appearance, it makes an excellent choice.

This is quite literally a like-new example. Only very minor signs of use can be seen on the strap lugs and lens mount. An M-P in such beautiful condition is rarely seen nowadays.

All functions are working properly. The all-important CMOS sensor is also exceptionally clean, with no dirt or scratches. Test shots produced excellent results.

Our warranty covers initial defects only; however, the M-P is a robust and reliable camera that has served as our in-store demonstration model for many years. It should continue to be a dependable companion for years to come.
