Genuine hood for the late barrel-aperture version of the W-Nikkor 35mm f2.5 for Nikon S-series cameras. It looks very similar to the hood for the 35mm f1.8, but is approximately 2mm longer.

This example bears the Fuji mountain logo, also known as the optical mark or onigiri mark, making it the later version of this hood. In other words, the later version of the late-model hood.

Aluminum with black paint finish. Rare.

This item was previously sold by our store and has now returned to us after being carefully kept by its owner.

It shows virtually no signs of use and is in excellent condition. The paint on the hood is like new, and there are no noticeable scuffs or marks on the matte black finish inside. Also suitable for a collection. This is a hood that rarely comes up for sale.

We have confirmed that it fits properly on our late-model Nikkor 35mm f2.5 for Nikon S mount.
