Lens hood for the Summilux 50mm f/1.4 Noble Lady. It fits both the first and second versions. Leitz product code XOOIM. It is equivalent to the later 12521G.

With its elaborate finish, combining textured black paint and matte bead-blasted chrome plating, this is a fine accessory that reflects the quality of Leitz’s golden age. A perfect match for the elegant design of the Noble Lady Summilux. Double-hook type. It can be mounted in reverse on the lens for compact storage.

There is slight paint loss on the front edge of the hood. The matte bead-blasted chrome section shows light rubbing, and there are a few small marks on the lower edge, but the exterior is still quite presentable overall. The textured black paint and the matte black paint on the inside remain clean and well preserved.
