The first-generation Leica M Monochrom. A groundbreaking camera equipped with a monochrome-dedicated CCD sensor. It stands as a masterpiece of the digital era. Leica product code 10760.
Even today, there are still many photographers who prefer CCD sensors over CMOS. At our shop as well, this model has been actively used both as a test camera and as a staff favorite.
The rendering of the CCD M Monochrom is truly one of a kind. Its exceptionally rich tonal gradation, smoothness, and gentle character make shooting an exciting experience.
Although it is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and our shop warranty is limited to initial defects only, the CCD sensor in this unit has already been replaced with an improved version that addresses the corrosion issue.
The Leica MM that we previously sold has returned to us. Welcome back!
The camera remains in very good cosmetic condition, just as when it was last sold. There is slight fading on the black chrome at the edges of the top cover and bottom plate. Aside from this, there are no noticeable scuffs, and signs of lens mounting and removal on the mount are minimal.
The shutter count is approximately 12,000. This CCD Monochrom clearly shows that it has been carefully used by its previous owners.
All functions operate properly. It has been thoroughly tested by our shop. The CCD sensor, which is the most important part, is clean with no visible cleaning marks. The viewfinder is clear, and the test shots produced excellent results.
It comes complete with the original box, instruction manual, inspection certificate, charger and power cable, one battery, strap, and body cap.
In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult to find a CCD Monochrom in such good condition. Don’t miss this opportunity!
