The first 35mm wide-angle lens in the Noctilux lineup, Noctilux-M 35mm f1.2 ASPH. This is the latest Noct released in February 2026. Leica product code is 11635. Serial number in the 4.96 million range. Domestic authorized product.
While it offers an overwhelming maximum aperture that enables shooting in extremely low-light conditions, it also achieves surprisingly low distortion for a large-aperture 35mm lens, delivers smooth and beautiful bokeh, and even allows close-up shooting down to 50cm despite being non-rangefinder coupled. A truly luxurious set of features, matched by its luxurious price.
In terms of rendering, the signature rich Noctilux character, especially the beautiful bokeh, seems to peak from close range to around 3 meters in our test impressions. The Noctilux series has long been praised for portrait photography, and this lens also produces highly appealing results when capturing people. The tradition is well preserved.
Optical construction consists of 5 groups and 10 elements, including 3 aspherical surfaces. Equipped with 6-bit coding. Built-in hood. Filter size is E49.
Despite being an ultra-fast f1.2 large-aperture lens, it maintains a size and weight that do not compromise the mobility of the Leica M system.
In like-new condition with no signs of use. It has only been used for a brief test shoot and is indistinguishable from a brand-new item. The manufacturer’s warranty is valid until February 2028, and the proof of purchase is included.
All functions operate properly. The aperture and helicoid move smoothly, and rangefinder coupling is perfectly accurate.
It comes with the original box, leather case, inspection certificate, instruction manual, proof of purchase, a third-party filter, and front and rear caps.
This item was acquired from one of our regular customers, who wished for it to be passed on to someone who would appreciate it. A great opportunity for anyone considering purchasing this highly talked-about new lens.
