While respecting the original optical design of 5 groups and 7 elements, it incorporates modern manufacturing techniques and special glass optimized for digital photography with high-resolution sensors. The minimum focusing distance has also been shortened to 0.7m, a welcome update.

The included dedicated 12029 hood is made of solid brass with a luxurious, weighty feel. Compatible filter size is E46.

Shows almost no signs of use and is difficult to distinguish from a brand-new item. The original purchase certificate is included, and the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid until January 2028.

All functions operate properly. We conducted an actual shooting test on our Leica M11, and the rangefinder coupling is spot on. Focus snaps in decisively even wide open.

Matching its beautiful exterior, the glass is also in excellent condition, free from haze or cleaning marks, with superb clarity.
