This example is the early version engraved with 5cm. As is often the case with classic Leitz accessories, there are numerous variations of the SBOOI—at least around eight types known to us. This particular piece features no knurled grip on either side, a plated eyepiece, and a single fixing screw under the shoe.

Minor signs of use such as light scuffs and small scratches can be seen overall, but there is no noticeable damage, and it retains a good appearance.
The glass is clean. You can fully enjoy the exceptionally clear view characteristic of the SBOOI.
