Elmarit-M 28mm f2.8 ASPH. Leica product code 11677. Current model. Even with the dedicated 12470 hood attached, it weighs only 195g, making it both lightweight and extremely compact. Minimum focusing distance is 0.7m. Filter size is E39.

A wide-angle lens with a 6-group, 8-element construction including one aspherical element. The 28mm focal length is a classic choice for street photography and travel. Combined with its compact size and light weight, it offers excellent usability. Rendering is sharp with high resolution even wide open, in clear contrast to the first and second versions.

This Elmarit was originally purchased by one of our customers in January this year and has now been consigned to us. It has seen very little use and remains in exceptionally beautiful condition, nearly indistinguishable from new. Although the original purchase receipt is not included and therefore no manufacturer’s warranty applies, our 6-month store warranty is provided.

All functions operate properly, and the rangefinder coupling is spot on.
The glass is clear, free from haze or cleaning marks, with excellent transparency.
