A Leica quick loading spool set, also known as the rapid loading system. Leitz catalog number 14260.

When fitted to Leica M3, M2, M1, or MD bodies, it enables fast film loading comparable to that of the M4 and M6.

There are no signs of use at all, and the item is in exceptionally clean condition.
The original box and instruction manual are included, along with the original loading instruction illustration sticker and the period-correct plastic bag.
