Lens hood for the early and 2nd versions of the Summilux 50mm f1.4. A successor to the XOOIM hood, designed to fit E43 Summilux lenses. Leica catalog number 12586.
This example features the LEICA engraving in a digital-style font, and is believed to have been produced in or after the 1980s.

There are slight scuffs on the inner side of the hood, but otherwise it shows almost no signs of use and remains in very clean condition. Fit to the lens has been confirmed.
A Leica-branded hood cap is included.
