The classic Leica external 35mm viewfinder, SBLOO. Later product code 12010. This example is the early version featuring the hexagonal Leitz logo. Introduced in 1951, it succeeded the WEISU finder.
Not only ideal for Barnack Leicas and the M3 without built-in 35mm frames, but also a delightful accessory even on Leica bodies that do have frame lines. Simply mounting it enhances the shooting experience, offering a bright and beautifully clear view.

Light scuffing and some noticeable shine are present on the bottom plate. There is also a pinhead-sized tiny mark on the side, but it is not particularly noticeable. Otherwise, there are minimal signs of use, and the overall appearance remains quite clean.

The glass was cleaned by a professional service in March 2026. When held under strong LED light, a very slight haze that could not be completely removed during cleaning can be seen inside the glass, but it has no effect on visibility, providing a bright and clear view.
