Leica R3 Safari set. A limited model introduced in 1977, finished in olive green paint. The set includes three dedicated lenses in matching body color.
The included lenses are Elmarit-R 28mm f2.8 (3 Cam), Summicron-R 50mm f2 (R-Only), and Elmar-R 180mm f4 (3 Cam).
The body is in near-mint, like-new condition, but due to the well-known R3 issue of being non-operational, please consider it as a bonus item.

All items show no signs of use and retain a like-new appearance.
All three lenses are in proper working order, though the focusing helicoids on each feel somewhat stiff (servicing is available at an additional cost).
Regarding the optics, the Elmarit-R shows slight haze, while the Summicron-R and Elmar-R exhibit minor coating deterioration. However, none of these issues are expected to have any noticeable impact on actual shooting.
Each of the three lenses comes with its matching original box, period warranty card, and front and rear caps. The Elmarit-R also includes the dedicated olive 12509 hood.
The R3 body included as a bonus comes with its matching original box, plastic bag, period warranty card, Safari-specific certificate, and strap. While it is regrettably non-operational, it retains a superb, like-new appearance and would make an excellent display piece.
