A 5-element, 7-group construction incorporating one aspherical element. This lens represents Leica’s adoption of a new manufacturing method for producing aspherical surfaces. Minimum focusing distance is 0.7m. Filter size is E55. The lens weighs 386g as measured.
An excellent, near-mint example showing almost no signs of use. The chrome plating has a beautiful, lustrous shine.
The aperture and helicoid were serviced in March 2026, resulting in a smooth and refined operating feel throughout. Rangefinder coupling is spot on.
The glass shows only extremely slight coating wear, barely noticeable even under strong LED light, and it will not affect actual shooting. There is no haze or noticeable cleaning marks, allowing you to fully enjoy the lens’s original rendering.
Comes with a 12592 hood, 13373 E55 UVa filter, and front and rear caps.
