A 2x extender for Leica R-mount lenses. The Leitz product code is 11236.
It is compatible with lenses of 50mm focal length or longer. When attached, it doubles the focal length while reducing the effective maximum aperture by two stops. Metering is automatically compensated, and automatic diaphragm operation is retained.
It was originally specified for the Leica R3, R4, and R4S, but can also be used with later R bodies such as the R5 and R6. It is not compatible with the Leicaflex series.
Compact and easy to carry, it greatly expands your photographic possibilities when taken along with a single lens.

The exterior is exceptionally clean, showing virtually no signs of use.
The glass is also clear, with no cleaning marks or haze.
