Dedicated lens hood for the Nikkor 35mm f1.8 in Nikon S mount. Made of aluminum with a black paint finish.

This example features the Mount Fuji logo, also known as the optical mark or onigiri mark, making it a later version of this hood.

A handsome hood that further enhances the appearance of this renowned lens. Clean examples have become increasingly difficult to find in recent years.

Please note that although the Leica screw-mount version uses the same W-Nikkor 35mm f1.8 designation, its diameter is different. The L-mount version uses a rectangular plastic hood.

There is slight paint loss along the edges, but overall it shows little sign of use and is a very clean hood with a beautiful semi-gloss finish.
