Leitz sports finder ROSOL, late version, in chrome finish. Introduced in 1951, later designated as 12040.
It supports three focal lengths: 50mm, 90mm, and 135mm, and is equipped with parallax correction. The scale is marked in meters.
While practicality may be limited, it looks absolutely fantastic when mounted on a Leica. It comes with its original box from the good old days, making it highly recommended for collectors as well.

There are some minor rub marks on the bottom from mounting and removal, but no dents or impact marks are seen, and overall the finder remains in clean condition. Operation is smooth and functions properly.
