Summicron-M 35mm f2 ASPH in silver finish. Made in Germany. The product code is 11674. Introduced in 2016, it remains part of the current Leica lineup. Its distinctive rectangular hood adds a modern Leica design accent.
It features a 6-bit code, takes E39 filters, and has a minimum focusing distance of 0.7 m.
The optical design consists of 5 groups and 7 elements, including one aspherical element, the same as the previous version. However, the aperture diaphragm was updated from 8 blades to 11, providing a more natural and smoother bokeh rendition.

Barely any signs of use and a very clean example. Although the original paperwork such as the manual and warranty card is not included, the lens itself is in like new condition.
There are no cleaning marks or haze on the glass, giving a clear and crisp view. All functions operate correctly, and rangefinder coupling is perfectly accurate.
An excellent value for anyone considering a current Summicron.
When attaching the hood, you will need to remove the decorative ring at the front of the lens. This part is easy to misplace, so please handle it with care.
