The classic Leica 50mm accessory viewfinder. Leitz product code SBOOI, later 12015. A masterpiece of Leitz design, combining simplicity with functional beauty. Looking through this finder somehow makes the world appear even more beautiful. A delightful little accessory.

This is an early version with 5cm engraving. Like many classic Leitz accessories, the SBOOI comes in numerous variations. We have identified more than eight different types so far.

This particular example has no knurling on either side, a chrome eyepiece surround, and a single retaining screw beneath the accessory shoe.

There are a few tiny areas of chrome plating wear and small scratches along the edges, but no noticeable damage. Overall, the exterior is in good condition.

The eyepiece glass has numerous light cleaning marks, but these do not affect the view. You can enjoy the exceptionally clear view characteristic of the SBOOI.

The price includes domestic shipping within Japan.
