The classic Leica SBLOO external 35mm viewfinder, later known by the product code 12010. This example is the early version featuring the hexagonal Leitz logo. Introduced in 1951 as the successor to the renowned WEISU viewfinder.
A wonderful accessory not only for Barnack Leicas and the M3, which lack built-in 35mm framelines, but also for Leica cameras with built-in 35mm framelines. Simply mounting it on your camera is enough to lift your spirits! It offers a wonderfully clear and bright view.
A classic Leica masterpiece, particularly enjoyable for street photography and everyday snapshots.

There are a few very faint scuffs on the top of the viewfinder and somewhat more wear on the bottom. Otherwise, there are few signs of use, and the overall appearance is quite nice. No dents or dings.
Overhauled in October 2026. The glass has been restored to its original clarity! Enjoy the wonderfully clear and bright view characteristic of the SBLOO viewfinder.
Comes with its original box from the 1950s, showing some wear. Also a nice item for collectors!
