Leica genuine leather strap, product code 14092. This example is the thinner, more supple version with a softer feel. As expected from Leitz, no compromises were made even for a strap, and only high-quality leather was used.
The more you use it, the softer and better it conforms in your hand. Strength is more than sufficient for practical use. Many people try various straps over time, only to return to this one in the end.

Dead stock, unused condition. Gently care for it with a high-quality leather cream and then put it to good, hard use. Though it may be so beautiful that you hesitate to use it at all...
Like the leather itself, only premium materials must have been used, as the original rubber shoulder pad still retains remarkable suppleness even after nearly 50 years. A level of quality that is difficult to find in modern products.
