Triplet Elmar 9cm. Leica product code 11830. Serial number in the 1,920,000 range, manufactured in 1962. The filter thread is E39. Production lasted only five years, with approximately 6,000 units made. This version adopted a new glass formula and shifted from the previous four-element design to a three-element construction.

Nicknamed the Razor Elmar for its high resolving power and sharp rendering. It delivers excellent clarity and natural color reproduction. Weighing only 235g (actual measurement), it is both lightweight and compact—another strong appeal.
